"Dear prospective client,
I am a current client of Ann McClure. I am writing this letter so that I may share with you our experience of working with her to help us sell our house.
We were referred to Ann by a dear friend whom also had a great experience using Ann as their agent. Being that we are military and have moved a couple of times before, I had a frame of reference for what to expect from realty service. Ann blew us away by superseding our expectations. She is so customer service oriented, we felt spoiled immediately. There is no question too dumb or phone call too numerous. Ann is always available, dedicated and so caring that we felt like her only client. She goes above and beyond what most agents would do. Not only does she offer support and sound advice, but she is able to provide connections with company names and phone numbers on any home improvement she would suggest. These connections she provided us also proved to be ultra professional in quality service and cost effective as well. Ann is also an organized effective planner. Her time lines are just enough so that tasks are not forever "hanging over your head," but on the flip side, just long enough to not feel pressured or rushed.
One of Ann's particular fortes is her marketing strategies. She is so attentive to detail both in her photos and her narrative summaries for prospective buyers that even is she was an absentee agent, I feel confident that her properties would sell on that merit alone.
Lastly, I would like to comment on her commitment overall to her clients. Ann was able to find us an agent who has similar professional philosophies as she to help us purchase a house out of state. The two of them communicate regularly as there is some overlap in the buying and selling process. The continuity makes us feel really taken care of. Ann's commitment could only be a negative in that she is so hard working that she rarely has tome for herself. It's great when you are her clients, but though when you're the client who becomes a friend.
